FAQ & Policies
I'm not a commercial grower and I only grow limited plants, therefore, limited tubers.
Putting a tuber in your cart does not guarantee that you will get it until you have completed the checkout process. I suggest that you complete your purchase as soon as you can.
Ethel's Maine is not responsible for poorly stored tubers if you chose to receive them during the fall sale. If you need tips for storage, I would be happy to send you a PDF on storage advice.
Important things to note:
• Listing is for one tuber.
• Dahlia tubers will begin shipping on April 15th, weather permitting.
• Once an order is placed, we are unable to add or subtract items.
• If you would like to add any additional items please submit an additional order.
• We are unable to combine shipping on separately placed orders.
• We are unable to ship internationally.
• We guarantee you will receive a viable tuber true to variety, with an eye and healthy neck. Please examine your order immediately upon arrival and contact us via email (not social media) within 7 days if you see an issue with your order. After that 7 days the buyer accepts full responsibility for the tuber as we cannot be held responsible for improper storage, weather, growing conditions, pest damage, plant performance, failure to thrive or negligence.
